Palm Event Center Wedding – Heather + Steve

When I first met Heather, she told me, “You shot my friend’s wedding. You are also going to shoot my wedding. Just as soon as my boyfriend proposes.”

And like clockwork, a few months later, I met Heather and Steve to take their engagement pictures, and after a few more months, their wedding.

Our bride was getting ready with friends and family at her mom’s house in the East Bay, and everyone was having a good time before heading off to the Palm Event Center for the big event.

The guys were putting on the finishing touches, and Steve read a sweet pre-wedding note from his future wifey! Then the guys loaded up and headed out.

The Palm Event center was ready for a party. This place is a fantastic venue ready for all types of events. Located in a vineyard in the rolling hills of the Tri-Valley wine country, the tables were set and flowers arranged perfectly. There are indoor as well as outdoor spots for the ceremony and for enjoying before and after the wedding.

On her way to walking down the aisle, our bride caught a glimpse of the cake – I think she approves!

Just before heading in for the ceremony, Heather double checked everything was perfect and posed for a quick picture with her bridesmaids.

And then it was time for a wedding. Here comes the bride!

It was an emotional ceremony, with a couple of tears and some laughing…

And the oak barrel-lined Estate Room at the Palm Event Center really created a dramatic backdrop to the wedding.

They said, “YES!”

Our newlyweds headed off for a stroll around the beautiful grounds surrounding the event center and also found a couple of hiding places to steal a couple of kisses.
