Camilla and Isaiah were ready for their wedding. Their both musicians and selected the Pema Osel Ling Retreat Center nested in the Santa Cruz mountains as the prefect spot for tying the knot. Our bride was in a private room with a few friends getting ready and into her dress.

Located on 104 acres of redwoods, the Pema Osel Ling Retreat is eco-friendly and totally stunning with all those tall trees. Outdoor weddings take place under a grove of redwoods and happily hosts all kinds of ceremonies. It was great to have the help of a second shooter, Pascale Wowak a portrait photographer based in Santa Cruz, along for this wedding. Here comes our happy bride walking the tree lined aisle… Our happy couple shared their vows, a traditional handfasting, and then were married! After wandering off into the shining sun, the newlyweds share a few kisses and then met up with close friends and family for a fun outdoor group shot. The retreat was all set for the reception with beautiful flower arrangements as well as the couples wedding decorations. All the guests, young and old were given a balloon for a later balloon releasing. The staff at the Pema Osel Ling Retreat is ready and willing to assist with couples in creating the best wedding possible. And the on site chef uses local and organic ingredients, creating flavorful and memorable dishes. Our newlyweds headed off for another few moments alone before gathering together with guest for toasts and the band to start up. And, once that band started playing, everyone was dancing. Just before the sun set, our newlyweds shared a taste of their cake, and then continued to dance the night away under the sparkling lights. Congratulations, Camilla and Isaiah!
