Ralston Hall Wedding – Masami + Martin

Masami and Martin have been a happy couple for about five years or so, and when it was time to get married, they decided on Ralston Hall in Belmont, California for the special occasion. Masami is a jewelry designer and artfully crafted their wedding rings for the big day.

Our bride and her friends got ready together at Masami and Martin’s apartment in San Francisco before heading out to Ralston Hall. She was just a bit distracted with some super-sweet pre-wedding texts from her future hubby.

But, after the ladies’ hair and makeup was done, it was time to head to Ralston Hall for the big day. Masami’s dress was all ready to go.

And, everyone seemed to think it looked pretty good, too.

But, the dress was missing a little something, and with friends as crafty as Masami’s, they helped create a perfect sash to finish the dress before the wedding.

The whole time, the future Mr. had been trying to wait patiently to see his future Mrs. They planned to spend a couple of moments together getting some pictures, and, you know, see each other after all that texting around the lovely Ralston Hall.

I think it was worth the wait, don’t you?

And, Ralston Hall provided a great backdrop for pre-wedding pictures!

But, everyone had gathered outside ready for the bride and groom. So, the groom headed off, and our lovely bride took a minute to take a breath before walking down the aisle.

Our groom got in place to await his blushing bride.

Ah, here she comes!

The outdoor Ralston Hall ceremony was gorgeous with nice dappled light and lots of smiles.

While the newlyweds headed off in the fading sunlight for some after-wedding pics around the Ralston Hall grounds, everyone else gathered inside to find their seats and get a cocktail.

But, then it was time for drinks and celebrating, so we all headed back inside just in time for a lovely toast from Masami’s dad – and a truly special moment between the two of them.

Martin took his new bride out on the dance floor for their first dance. Later that night, when they wanted another specific song to dance to, the DJ couldn’t dig it up - but, amazingly, I had the song on my phone! So, there was my little phone plugged into all that big DJ equipment blaring out Fade Into You by Mazzy Star in the ballroom of Ralston Hall!
