Catherine and Mark were putting on the finishing touches for their wedding at the Villa Montara located in Half Moon Bay. This private residence offers sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean as well as really unique architecture – and can be rented out for your next special event or need for a weekend getaway. Our bride was ready to rendezvous with her future hubby before walking down the aisle.
Our groom waited for her while chatting with her dad…
While the small wedding party gathered, our happy couple shared a couple romantic moments around the unique house. Along with being architecturally amazing, there are neat adornments throughout along with amazing decks and spots for viewing sea lions and maybe even a whale or two. The place has two bedrooms and is able to sleep six comfortably, making it the perfect spot for a small, intimate wedding. And, the views are out of control.
While the guests enjoyed checking out the house and gathering for the wedding, the wedding party prepared for the ceremony. And then it was time for dad to walk our happy bride down the aisle.
Even though the afternoon had become a bit ominous, the ceremony was lovely and everyone said, “I do!” Then it was time for congratulatory hugs and kisses and for guests to enjoy the rest of the celebration. And the villa was ready, full of the happy couple’s catered food and drinks for everyone.
Before meeting up with friends and family, our new Mr. and Mrs. took a quick walk around the villa taking in the views and sharing a couple of kisses. With several sweeping decks, the Villa Montara really is an amazing place for an outdoor wedding. Congratulations, Catherine and Mark!
